To ensure transparency, please read our cancellation and refund guidelines below

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
  
  
• Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  
  
• To request a cancellation, email us at kashmirwicker@gmail.com with your order number.
  
  

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged.
  
  
• Product is incorrect or not as described.
  
  
• Manufacturing defect.
  
  

Refunds will NOT be provided for

• Minor variations in color/texture (as items are handcrafted).
  
  
• Customer’s change of mind after dispatch.
  
  
• Slight size differences due to the handmade nature.
  
  

Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  
  
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  
  
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the mistake is ours.
  
  

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
